It was another electric Chili Bowl week in Tulsa for the K1 RaceGear crew, capped off with Emerson Axsom taking home the title on Saturday night.
Axsom was coached across the finish line by former Chili Bowl champion and team owner Kevin Swindell. Logan Seavey, also a prior Chili Bowl winner and Axsom's current teammate, provided helpful tips throughout the week for the rest of the Swindell Speedlab racers. Seavey embraced Axsom in victory lane, celebrating the win together under the same team banner. With the victory, Axsom joins a storied list of Chili Bowl champions: Kyle Larson, Tony Stewart, Christopher Bell, and of course... Kevin Swindell and Logan Seavey.

In his 18th Chili Bowl, Larson saw success early and took first place in Monday's prelim. However, his aspirations to earn a third Chili Bowl title fell short in the Saturday A-Main, flipping his car on lap 15 after starting from pole position.
Fellow RaceGear driver Cannon McIntosh finished Monday's prelim in third, advancing to finish seventh overall in Saturday's A-Main. Colby Copeland finished Wednesday's prelim in third, resulting in a 15th-place finish in Saturday's A-Main. Ryan Bernal followed Copeland closely behind, finishing the 40th annual Chili Bowl Nationals in 18th.
