Returns Policy

INVENTORY ITEMS

Exchange Policy
K1 RaceGear will be happy to Exchange your item if you are not satisfied with it or you need a different size. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new/unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping back to K1 RaceGear. We cannot refund any shipping charges but will gladly pay to ship your new-exchanged item to you at no additional cost. All items must be exchanged within 45 days of the ship date.

Refunds
For refunds on items with no exchange please contact our returns department at (760) 268-0710 or (888) 514-3277 or via email at returns@k1racegear.com. In most cases we will accept returns for 45 days after the date the items were shipped to the buyer. All items must be returned in their original packaging in new, unused condition. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of the return.

Custom Product Refund/Exchange:
