The HANS foam padding kit is intended as a replacement for the standard foam padding found in all HANS devices. Foam padding works for 95 percent of all HANS device customers; if you have a HANS device and the padding is either worn out or damaged, you can use the HANS foam padding kit to repair your HANS device. If you do not find the foam padding to your liking, you may benefit from the HANS gel padding kit, which is a comfortable, fully functional, FIA-approved alternative.  The HANS foam padding kit includes two shoulder pads, and fits medium and large devices only.
